Ebony Davis LCSW-QS, MCAP, CBHCMS, is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Social Work and was awarded her Masters degree in Social Work from Florida State University and is a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor, Masters Certified Addiction Professional, and a Community Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor. She has worked in a number of treatment settings, including substance abuse treatment centers, both inpatient and outpatient, mental health facilities, hospitals, community service organizations with clients from the bottom of the barrel to the boardroom, from adolescents to seniors. Her various roles have included individual and group therapy, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management. Ebony has been practicing social work for over 20 years.
Amanda Conley, LCSW

Amanda Conley, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual counseling to adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other personal challenges. She has a special passion for supporting women veterans and understands the unique experiences that can accompany military service and the transition to civilian life.
Amanda’s approach is collaborative, client-led, and grounded in each person’s strengths. She creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful change.
Her practice incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, Amanda served 20 years in the United States Army, beginning as a Military Police Soldier and retiring in 2007 as the Operations and Training NCO for the Jacksonville Army Recruiting Company. Her firsthand understanding of military culture gives her valuable insight when working with veterans and their families.
Amanda also leads mindfulness retreats through the HerTime Program at Women Veterans Ignited, supporting women veterans who may be at risk for suicide.
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Resources from Saint Leo University, a Bachelor of Social Work from Liberty University, and a Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University.
